Root + Rise Vermont is currently a private-pay occupational therapy consultation practice and does not bill insurance directly.

Payment at booking

You'll add your payment details when you request a time. Nothing is charged until your appointment is confirmed, keeping things simple and transparent for every family.

No referral required

You don't need a physician referral to begin occupational therapy consultation services.
